you can route cables through the other side of the case, which can be accessed by taking the side panel opposite to the glass panel off.

Btw is there a reason to cable manage like that would affect the efficiency of the pc or is it just for looks

both it depends

cables might be restricitng some parts like fans and stuff but mostly looks its not appealing to look at lol
