For example, cyberpunk
I got around only 60-70 fps at medium settings with 5800x at 1080p
Some people may prefer to play at 1440p or higher resolutions hence they get a more powerful card such as maybe 3070 at 1440p
Really depends on what you're using it for and how you treat it
