I have the exact same monitor. How do you like it?
Overall pretty nice but Tizen is hit or miss, sometimes its nice to have, other times its a bit annoying. My main complaint is the lack of DDC however, as it would be nice to be able to control the monitor (brightness, volume, etc) via Mac/PC

I agree. I think it’s a great monitor for how much I paid for it (600 on marketplace) but I would have preferred a dif monitor with the same specs if I could have any I wanted
And the TV thing that comes on every time I turn it on is so annoying 😭

Besides the Odyssey line, I think the only other "clean" gaming monitor options are the ROG and LG UltraGear ones, but those were more expensive than the G8

Yeah, I like it. I mostly use it as a pinboard and have some notes and souvenirs and whatnot on it
