A new sound bar wouldn't be a bad upgrade, maybe right under your monitor? I would also try to clean out as much stuff on your desk as possible, giving it its best shot at not looking cluttered, also perhaps a wrist rest for the keyboard? as far as lights, A neon strip around the desk could be very rewarding,
