Rgb isn’t cheap, and based on that picture your budget isn’t very big. The go to method is Rgb fans and/or ram, but if you need something cheaper, a good Rgb strip around the edges of your front panel can look pretty good. Can’t personally recommend any, would suggest #techdiscussion to ask (or any other appropriate channels).
