Just look for a place to hide it.
Run as much length from the back of the PC.

You can get 90 degrees adapters and cables if it bothers you, but it's not a must

@wild plank is recommend not routing every single cable through the side of the case, route the ones on the bottom of the mobo through the cut out at the bottom of the case
