Dawg, imma be real... I woulda put that money towards a better graphics card or even procesor.
You can spend $40 on a pa120 and $40 on some rosewill or zalman case that will look fine, and had $160 of headroom to put towards a 5700x3d.

Instead of a 6600, wait a while and grab yourself a b580.

Boom- now instead of getting 35 fps in tlou p1 max settings at 1080p, you get 80.

Budget allocation broski.
