Is the cooler not h150i?

#

And did you just turn the rgb off? I have the same cooler and i’m struggling to figure out how

plucky cliff
#

I took the stock fans out and replaced them with RGB be quiet fans

#

I can’t get my software to detect it

plucky cliff
#

What software are you using

plucky cliff
vestal hound
#

thank you so much

vestal hound
#

but ik that if you use one it wont detect the other

#

so ive been turning them off and using them one at a time

For signalrgb you have to manually add the profile

#

I had a dev from their team send it to me because it’s not supported yet

plucky cliff
#

Then once you do that restart signalrgb

#

And make sure icue is closed in task manager

vestal hound
#

like this?

plucky cliff
#

Yes

vestal hound
#

i just copy and pasted in the folder

#

i restarted and it didnt work

#

Oh

#

do i have to manually add it

#

?

plucky cliff
vestal hound
#

yeah its in there

plucky cliff
#

If it doesn’t work after that then I guess your AIO isn’t compatible with the plugin he made

vestal hound
#

its the same aio

#

is it just supposed to pop up

#

as one of the devices

#

you said i had to manually add the profile

plucky cliff
#

Yeah it should have worked after adding it to the folder

#

There is no support for the RGB Elites with signalrgb yet so it wont detect anything unless you add it manually, but I'm not really sure why it wouldn't work for you

#

Maybe try a PC reboot

#

You can try to download that and put it in the folder, that's directly from mine
