If you do plan to upgrade they sell one on Amazon that has a glass top with metal frame under it, I have the gloss black 55x27.5 no sagging and the glass look is super clean. They also have matte finishes too if you don't like the gloss look, only downside is it does leave finger prints easily so you'd have to clean it often. My cats always walk on the desk and leave prints xD
