could you name keyboardpad , keyboard , mouse , monitor , speakers , chair , tv , monitor arm , desk , headphones and those two stands on the left and right from them + that round thingy under 1st right screen , soundbar and pc case with components inside ?

No worries, worthy of note is that I've got other accessories (like keyboards, mice and mousepads) that are higer end than what's shown and this is just a preferred setup for a snapshot in time.

Speakers - Samsung Q930C rear speakers (came with the Soundbar package)
Chair - Herman Miller Aeron + Atlas Headrest
TV - 55inch LG OLED evo C2 [OLED55C24LA]
Monitor arms - Herman Miller Ollin x2 + Ergotron MX (do not get this one as it is made for LCD displays, i.e., 6.35 - 13.61kg up to 30in and modern monitors aren't that heavy. I tolerate the lack of range of motion by keeping my central monitor fixed).
Desk - IKEA SKOGSTA dining table (235cm x 100cm)
Headphones - Jabra Evolve 20 MS (standard corporate issue from work)
Stands - Mini DIY project: IKEA RÖDKNOT base, IKEA ADILs leg, IKEA 365+ square lid for speaker stand
Round thingy - not sure what you're referring to, maybe the BenQ Light Bar/ScreenBar controller
Soundbar - Samsung Q930C (comes with the rear speakers and subwoofer seen under the desk)
