thank you! its a 4080 super paired with 7900x
just installed windows
Niceee! ❤️
I have the same exact setup only different is the 4080 Super founders edition. GREAT PC bro and it looks great
I too wish I'd gone with the 7800x3D but still, it's been great.
Why would you not buy a 7800x3d
Simply didn't have the knowledge 😞 I did learn from it tho.
Ah
Well
You have next time tho
At least you learned
Some people are so stubborn they won’t
Yeah I didn't do my research on the 7800x3D until afterward. I was slightly rushed and ready to have it built. I have considered selling my CPU though, and getting the right one lol.
I just really don't want to ship out a chip, I'd rather hand deliver it for quality reasons.
??
That’s understandable
Worst cpu for gaming
7800x3d cost like 100 dollars more when i bought the parts
Ah
7700x is better than 7900x for gaming lol
but offers
much much better
performance
on productivity
i want best of both worlds
13700k would’ve been better
i want am5
See what I mean?
I must disagree. I'm a tarkov player, the game that basically demands a x3d chip. The 7900x (for this game) has been phenomenal. Still tho, wish I had got the 7800x3d
I meant in terms of price to performance lol
right 7900x
💀
Yeah it is pretty good for productivity
Ahh I see
Altho I think 13700k beats it for productivity
Well then, well said. Bc I definitely felt a little scammed
what abt gaming
Yeah
i wanted am5
Intel is kind of dying now tho lol
yup
I feel like the 13700k was the last chip that was actually competitive and didn’t explode
😭
anyhows
im happy with 7900x
im not a hardcore gamer
the only game i will prob play
is wukong
but thing is
i got 1080p
lmao
240hz 1080p
Lmao same
I'm still rocking the good ol faithful 1080p
Only at 165hz im actually being robbed lmao. But it was cheap and makes me happy for now
But in reality it doesn't really matter for Tarkov lol.
Yeah it's just a money thing for me honestly. First chance I get I'm wanting it replace my main display with something at least 1440p
I'd like to spend around $350 on one and it be worth it
7 hours of work for years of great gaming sounds 100% worth it to me @native hare enjoy man
I have a 4070 ti super and I use a 1440p 165hz monitor should I get a 240 hz one?
You don’t really need to
They still have 1080p monitors so I was saying they should upgrade to 1440
