#bottom mount AIO💀
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
I see that the pump is on the tubes so it's probably fine but still your GPU would thank you if you moved it to the top
I’ve also heard mounting an aio at the top also helps it pump better, is that true?
my gpu temp is max 60-65 , can i do that by myself ? i didnt understand what do u mean by this , what parts do i need to change? move?
isnt it The pump is supposed to be at the bottom of the loop to avoid air bubbles getting into it if it's at the top of the loop it will get air bubbles and destroy it
Your pump is on the top of the loop
As you can see with this beautiful drawing
and labeling
your pump is on the top and your radiator is on the bottom
So yes your pump is supposed to be at the bottom I think you just got the parts of an AIO confused and confused the radiator as the pump
Yeah so do you think you could have those 3 top fans on the bottom radiator on top? Fans on the bottom could pull heat away from the gpu or blast cools air at it
so everything is good right!?
how look
pure loop 2 fx 360
i see everyone on google has it on top lol
i might be cooked or what hahaha
wtf
Kind of up to you man
will it affect anything if i leave it like this
I'd just watch gpu temps
if they're fine then its fine mb man didnt mean to overcomplicate it
Dont stree about it
60 - 65 4070 ti super asus tuf
is that good tempsa
max 65 gpu cpu max 65 -70
@finite kraken
its one of those weird ones with the pump on the tubes
its actually alright to mount them like that in a pinch
still avoid it if you can
nice then im chilling
it would look so much nicer with it top mounted tbh
true but if its not affecting performance that much on the bottom thats the most important to me
btw i dont know how to top mount it by myself so maybe some day i top mount it
it could reduce the life of the pump tbh
it technically works but it has to work way harder to push coolant to the Cpu waterblock
should i try to move it myself it would be my first time doing anything about build
Good liquid coolers are pretty inexpensive though, the thermalright Frozen infinity would be a pretty good replacement if it burns out
Depends
you will have to take the system apart to move it
which will be pretty tedious but its by no means hard
you'll have to remove the GPU, the fans at the top of the case, and make sure that you unplug all the wires for the pump (it's just one four pin pwm connecter)
Once you've done this, mount the fans that were at the top of the case onto the radiator with the blades facing downward
Then reconnect the pump power connecter to the motherboard and mount the graphics card again
once you've done that plug the GPU power connecter back in and you should be good
hahahhaha i AM NOT doing this alone!
hahahahha thank u brother alot probably gonna go to some pc centar and make them do it
I promise you it is WAY simpler than it sounds
for all of this? no but if you want i'll help you over voice later today and show you were everything goes
don't get freaked out by the wires, almost all of them are idiot proof
as in you literally cant put them in the wrong spot
when u can bro?
when I get home, not till much later today though. Feel free to ask somebody else
If you wait though i'll be home in about 6-7 hours
@sterile solar i swtiched it
To the top
But one couldnt fit
So i removed it
So there is 2 now from water cooling not 3
But that doesnt matter much right
Show
Here @sterile solar
Much better tbh
this one missing at the top wont affect performance right_
Is everything good right now
yup
looks much clewner
Why didn’t the 3rd fan fit?
