interesting pull fan config there. how're the temps treating you?
on the front those are 3x120mm Arctic P12 PWM PST ?
I feel like your positive to negative air pressure would be going crazy would it not with that bottom missing fan and only having 1 intake vs 3 exhaust?like inside the case I do now see the 2 intake on the front but does it move enough air is what I mean inside?
7 fans altogether, all 140mm
4 front intake (1 on aio, 3 front mount)
3 exhaust (1 rear, 2 top)
jesus those are 3x140mm on the front? that case must be humongous
It was a tight fit, its a normal Montech pro max case.
Temps are great, cpu is 30-70c
Gpu is 30-70c
yeah with all out 140mm in a full size ATX tower you'd have to have decent thermals
cpu lost 10c with the aio vs air cooler.
My theme looks really cool, kind of the inside of a engine bay haha.
I highly rec 140mm fans, they move much more air than 120mm.
Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280 correct? how long have you been using it? any issues with the pump so far?
- I had it for over a year now.
this is a mid size case, it will not fit 420.
I got the 280 because I wanted to use 140mm fans but did not want to get an extra large case just to fit a 420 aio.
I would note that you have to request extra long fan screws from Arctic, as they are not provided in the box. They only provide the AIO and mounting screws. You need extra long screws to mount more fans on the AIO.
Unfortunetly I was unable to mount another fan on the AIO due to my gpu length.
but I am still satisfied I was able to squeeze 3 fans on the front.
ye 3x140mm intake will cool 800watts easily at 1100rpm
and the little gap below your 280mm radiator also lets in enough air for your air cooled gpu
and the 3x140mm exhaust pulling all that heat energy away too
all in all, i really pref 140mm fans these days, for lower rpm/cfm ratio
