No, im a computer technician and ive worked for various SMB's.
that being said most places should require a A+ certification if you want to get into things like repair and installations.

If I we’re building it I would have done the cooler with the mobo out but it doesn’t matter and thermalright is good cuz you don’t have to change the backplate
