is there even a space underneath it for it to blow air up from? And if so, wouldn't it be pulling already heated air from the psu?

psu airflow is enclosed

typically fan is on the bottom and is exhausted out the rear

#

theres minimal airflow benefit though from that bottom fan

So weirdly enough it works and the air that comes off of it isn’t warm

I have my psu pulling air out the bottom also
