I actually use it sitting on the edge of the bed. I only look up at a roughly 15-20 degree angle.

Also to explain the small piece of wood sticking up, it's a stand for my phone. So I can lean it against that. The kick stand in my phone is broke.

It's one of those things, over the years of using the dresser as a desk, I've gotten used to doing it. Even before the desk riser.
For me, I basically just raised it up some and thats about it.

thanks, though hopefully within the next6 few months, maybe year, ill be moving and either had enough room in my bedroom OR have a designated game room to play and not need a desk riser
and when i say designated game room, i mean for a tv stand, tv for my Xbox Series x, PS5, Switch Oled, PC, and vr (quest 2 and HTC vive)
plus a desk for myt PC and big enough to do full on cable managment and get a desktop pc rather than a laptop
