Look up 2070 super on Ebay the first that comes to me is 115 usd

It's not just a normal 2070 super its an XC overclocked

the xc is just factory overclock like +100 mhs memory, just a model of that gpu which might be 1-2% better than other models

Your model is just the same as other OC models, but they are just better cooling options and like +150mhz memory clock which doesnt give you more performance
