It will take less watt than 7700x

4070 (90% power, +200 core, +1750 memory)

Wattage went down by up to 30 watts on average. This makes my 4k build less than 300watts while gaming as well! (pic was taken with 282watts for total pc power with helldivers2 and desktop apps all open)
