Awesome thank you! Further questions, what case is that, and when mounting a gpu vertically do you lose any of its power at all being that it is connected via an extension almost?

No problem, the case is the Lian Li O11D Evo RGB, the GPU fits in this case but the cable prevents the case from putting the glass back on unless you severely bend the cable at a 90* angle or get a Cablemod adapter (which didnt want to do either of these) so I ended up getting the Lian Li vertical mount bracket. I've noticed no drop in performance using this extension. I believe Linus Tech tested this theory and they only started noticing a performance drop when there were a ton of extensions daisy chained together so I'm sure you wouldn't have to worry about anything like that
