Me too, I have my hoses at the top for the radiator so that its above the pump so air doesn't build up inside the pump. I was told having tubes below the pump is worse, especially if the radiator is flat at the bottom of the case.

It’s best to not let electrical wires get caught in fans, yes
Other than that, a ton of wires is just ugly lol
