aesthetic 101 without breaking bank unnecessarily always start with LED RGB light strip, I recommend govee, quality matching the price, mine still holding up very long, and best part you can remote control via phone too to adjust every light square to your liking, in this case black and blue, maybe starts around under table or around the edge, the trick is to make it look beautiful and nice while turning the main light in your room off,
in short, not too bright, not too dim, just aesthetically perfect to your eyes and mood
then you can start considering wall mount, like maybe put a rectangle frame and decorate it with plastic but realistic leave to look tropikal, or anything matching your mood, some people spent budget to get the RGB hexagon deco, its too pricey for me, but i would love to have them
final would be the finishing touch, one of my friend put one of those fake plastic grass under his monitor and around on the top of the table (one that your arm wouldnt place most of the time), it looks nice but if you spill something it would be a nightmare to clean, id settle for something like giant mousepad/table cover where you can look most of the times
