I highly recommend removing the card until then

When you flex the pcb that much, you seriously risk ripping the solder points holding the GPU core and memory chips to it

And not just that, power phases, capacitors, etc are all at risk when you let it sag that badly lol

Usually the second screws for extra support, especially on heavier GPUS

That’s why like some quad slot GPs don’t sag like the 4080

Because they have a lot of screws holding them up
