#Sick pc build

im not really a beginner but i only build mine and my brothers PC every 4 years roughly. This was my first cable management job, the Lian Li o11 has a lot of space.
i actually cant remember its been 10months. I think i did it within a day or 2, cable management was a little bit of a bitch but lots of time waiting for parts, getting panels printed and making the videos for the LCD screen and cooler, spray painted some cables white. ive had so many compatibility issues and and failed parts. bought a spare psu and ram. returned cablemod cables twice because they were faulty lol
How about on my first time building how long will it take me?
how much do you know about pc building?
Quite a lot but I’m scared to damage cpu pins / mobo pins
And ima watch a tutorial
While building
I mean it's doable but might be easier to start with something basic for your first time. Whatever you think you'll be able to do
Wdym?
I mean it's a lot of work for a beginner
I did that for my first time
Helped out a ton
(Still can’t cable manage tho lmao)
Was the cpu easy? And was it scary?
lol
when i placed my cpu for the first time, it was a cpu that has absolutely no tutorials online. it was a £1,300 cpu (i9-10980xe), with a £1000 mobo (rampage 6 extreme encore). the lga2066 was weird to do, but at ladt i figured out myself
was indeed scary
K tysm
but once you get the required parts right you just so genly place the cpu into the socket
doesn't matter if it is slightly going in slanted.there is a trimming around the pin array for you to place the cpu in
You are going places my guy
Scary but unless ur rough and actually try to break stuff, if ur careful it should be fine
Lol all mine feel like I'm forcing them
amd or intel? if your amd feels forced then yikes. they should just drop right in if put in right
Never done an AMD before so I only know Intel
Didn't know they were easier
oh haha, yeah
as long as you dont align them wrong theyll literally just slide right in
just close the latch and sorted
Oh that's good. Intel is more like push until you hear a crack and then keep pushing until you hear a bang 😂
yikrs
