bottleneck
hence "on the fly build"
i dont game on this. its used for CAD and AI dev
Processor intensive tasks
oh shit i accidentally put 14900k lol. i meant to put 13900k
If there was a bottleneck, how bad is it for things like CAD and AI dev? what GPU would be more fitting? I need to replace the 6700xt with a nvidia GPU so I can have cuda core support so I can run certain AI dev tools
i'm confused by this. So upgrading my GPU to a 4070 cause a stronger bottleneck for CPU intensive tasks?
bottleneck calculators aka random number generators
13900k "maybe upgrade to handle modern applications and games"
man idk what to use. i just need an nvidia card and if i say anything in here everyone just yells "ur pc is a massive bottleneck" not considering the fact that for what I do my 6700xt usage is 1% and my 13900k is 60%
then ur pc is fine
you're not limited by anything if everything is below 100% utilization.
as for cuda cores - get whatever you can afford ig 🤷
so in my case, a cpu bottleneck stemming from an underpowered GPU isn't going to affect things like how people are making it seem like it is? If my GPU is only going to be used as a key to be able to open softwares that are CPU intensive then would I be fine getting something like a 3060 super or would this significantly raise my CPU utilization?
Why tf does it say that the 13900k is too weak for the 6700xt what the heck
i wonder if it’s calculated based on vram
what do you do in cad? like what’s your expertise
Fusion 360 for software. I have my own company selling hospital sanitation systems for communication devices that are desigend in cad and then 3d printed. Another company I own primarily does B2B transactions but we also have our own line of consumer products sold on our website that are designed in cad and then 4 axis CNCd. aside from that I do freelancing work if i have nothing else going on through various websites and i also teach people who are wanting to learn cad for free
Holy SPaG.
Dont use those shitty websites
I'm certified in CAD
