way too hot. your cpu is thermal throttling like crazy.

replace the thermal paste
check mounting pressure on your AIO
check the fans are working and actually taking in air, doesn't look like they are

also, that fan you have blowing on the GPU. mount it on the bottom if you can. you seem to have space there.

don't worry about intakes and exhausts, your power supply will function as an exhaust
