yeah the dual channel is fucked up

so only got 1 stick of 16 gb ram

if you can in the future, you can to get different ram sticks that aren't corsair and see if it's immediately solved

the size is fine, just having 1 stick is usually bad because it makes your pc load slower and put all the processing load into one stick

well whenver i put my other stick in

my pc doesnt even like give my monitor signal

either the other stick is faulty or the board has problems with the connector

You see what you need is a kidney donor compatible with your other stick of ram or just get 2 other sticks of the same ram

when you have the spare time, try to test the other unused stick on where you have the current stick in and see if it works

if the stick works, it's a motherboard issue

if it's not, it's a ram issue

its a motherboard issue

i put the each ram in each slot by itself

and it works

ram no work in dual channel mode

try using each stick again but this time in slot 2

if both don't work, that port may be dead
