doesn’t the PSU have a fan under the pc that takes air in? what if it intakes dust from the table
nah from what i know, it’s not that improtant
and i need money to get more important stuff
like activating windows, getting expansions in games
its pretty important, i guess it depends what you play
i play mmorpgs
also stops your mouse from scratching the surface of your desk and weariing down the bottom of your mouse
mousepads are fairly inexpenive
but understandably if money is tight then yes windows or dlcs are more important
kk
yes it does have a fan under the pc, there is a dust filter usually and dust wont harm the pc unless it builds up a lot and restricts airflow
dust isnt too much of an issue as long as you reguarly clean your pc out every couple months, its more of a temperature thing if fans or cooling fins get blocked with dust
there’s a chance i might just rest my keyboard on my lap and mouse on top of a pillow that would sit next to me lol
I mean if it works it works
I play competitive fps games on pc so a mousepad is quite needed and Im considering buy a more premium mousepad just to benefit from its technical features of being smoother and faster
mousepads make the mouse sensor less likely to be inconsistent and it gives a smoother more controlled experience
what mmorpgs do you play?
guild wars 2 and lord of the rings online
but im not too much of a tryhard, i play pretty casually
so having every little advantage isn’t a big deal to me
understandable, its also a quality of life comfort thing. Mousepads are soft and more comfy then a wooden desk
@oblique oyster Mouse and keyboard could likely use an upgrade, and yeah, a mousepad could be good just to avoid scratching stuff up. Cheap ones won't be great, but they'll do that at least.
as for the table, that thing looks strong enough to sit on. I doubt a pc would bother it at all.
i’m talking about the big table, the one that the monitor is on
i’m wondering if the weight (especially the weight of me clicking down on the keyboard) would frick up the table in any way
ah the desk
SAME THING
even less so. the monitor has its weight spread out thoroughly and if you're putting enough weight on the mouse to break anything, it's gonna be the mouse that breaks first, not the desk.
