You're posting the same picture multiple times in quick succession, something that is, frankly, paramount to spam at this point.
And, even if you wanted to argue that, at a minimum multiple users and members of staff feel as though it is starting to fall afoul of the #rules that prohibit annoying behaviors since adding the same image ad nauseum doesn't forward the purpose of this channel (allowing people to showcase unique images of their PC).

That would be determined on a case by case basis and also depend on if their behavior was disrupting the channel or not.
For example, we have system builders who post unique images of their builds multiple times a day, and that's fine because each build is unique and the content doesn't interrupt or detract from the channel.
