Consistent lighting (same colors)
Natural light or actual light (pitch black with rgb is wack af.)
Get rid off everything unnecessary on the desk (ps5 can be moved to floor for example)
Monitor stand

Personal preference but move the monitor to the corner and pc to the right side.
Nicer deskmat
Cable trays under.
