optionally in the future,if you want a nicer looking or better performing CPU cooler, you can get a a good $20 one
or if you want a a AIO for asthetics, you can get a Thermalright 360mm AIO for around $52-60

the stock cooler comes with thermal paste pre-applied on the cooler
but it also doesn't hurt to buy a extra stick of case, just in case you are scared of fucking up the first installation or periodically do some maintenance in your pc

oh yeah my bad it was late
about 45c doing everything gaming it can reach to like 60 but usually stays within 40-50. If it works it works lol
saves me the money, ill update to an AIO eventually
