Your aio is the wrong way (upside down) those wires shouldn't be facing the front

you can pick which side you want. as long as the radiator is in the same position it doesn't matter

The fans should be facing the other way to hide the wires so they go through the back of the case and not show from the front

yeah the fan wires could be routed better. just rotate the fans the other way where the wire is nearest to the motherboard
