Ok apart from the "alienware" rate the aesethic. Bascially just the overall look
@vital narwhal
what should I add or change to make it a 10 maybe
https://a.co/d/7gLPMjr personally id add one of these
I mostly just don't like the alienware pc everything else is pretty great
Ah ok, yeah i'm gonna add one of those and change the chair to white... It's not done as yet
Maybe in a months time it'll be done
8.5
What to add or change to make it a 10?
White mouse pad is probably going to be not white in the near future tbh
I'd also be concerned at spending likely upwards of $2500 on parts and being held back by a lower max thermal limit in a case like that, and the lower maximum power limits on OEM boards Dell likes to use, but you do you.
As long as you're happy, though
Id also get a white topographic mousepad
i mean i'm not gonna keep this mouse pad for ever, im gonna switch once it gets dirty
i havent had any issues while gaming
I would recommend thinking about a mouse pad that's not a light color. The oil on your hands will discolor it over time.
i personally like the white look, since im going for a white/black aesthetic
Ok
And it's no biggie with the "dirty" issue, i'll just change it out whenever it gets dirty
also white mouse pads look cleaner than black in my opinion
If it's working for you, go for it
Yep, but what's the rate though? What should I add or change... Apart from the alienware
Whatever makes you happy
This is your build, not a build to make strangers on the internet happy
i'm just asking for an opinion
I told you the two things that stood out to me
Ok... the rate?
I don't do ratings, they're silly
I also went from a 24+27" setup to a single ultrawide 34" , similar screen space and more immersive for full screen content. If you want another place to upgrade, I'd look at the monitor in the future.
Nothing wrong with what you have but that's where I'd upgrade next
i dont like big monitors... i play competitive video games
34" UW is the same vertical size as a 27", it's basically a 27" with a bit extra width
@dim fog what’s the main monitor?
No Alienware, the next is just personal preference, white lights instead of purple/pink
Other than those it looks great man
@dim fog what desk is this?
8/10. Setup good, pc bad. I would install a diffuser on the led strip behind the desk, you can see some spots are brighter where the leds are. Other than that, and the pc, its a great setup!
Ultra gear 27’ 240hz
Wym diffuser?
Ohh to hide the little dots that show on the wall with led?
Yea
Dude you got 4 mouses 👀 \
that goofy alienware angled pc doesnt look great
some nzxt h510 or something would fit in perfectly tho
why we recommending h510's now
it would look way better?
i mean sure but go for a h5 or h7
I'm sure the person knows that they have this weird PC case, if they want to change it out they will
It's a pre-built it has proprietary parts
If you wanna swap out the case U needa make an entirely new pc
Yep. Its useless recommending that, bc those parts are stupidly expensive and not at all worth the cost for the small performance and aesthetic improvement.
They will get a better pc when they need a better pc, this one works so why change it
whats that keyoard
And dat ram if you care about the looks
The ram doesn't have a shroud.
Good thing this isn’t your PC, but I could also say that “goofy” 3060 and 7600x doesn’t run great either, lmao
im talking about the case, also i use my pc for other things than games so i need a good cpu
I actually prefer this case… it’s looks unique, and not like every other Square boxed case…. Only people who say it runs hot are people who never owned one and join the hate train, thing runs perfectly fine and is a beast. 🫡
im just saying i dont like that its angled, i dont even know about said "hate train"
Valid
The looks of cases are very personal. My concern isn't over the look, it's that when you use high-end parts in OEM cases, they often have to lower the power limits on the parts Pretty substantially to get them to not thermal throttle
If you're saying that you aren't overheating, fine, doesn't really matter then
Never experienced any
Are you aware of what your power limits are set at?
