yeah that's the pain of ITX builds lol
if you got the spare time for it,I'd try to reroute some of the cables so they aren't visible, mainly on the fans
as for changing the RGB's, you can either use whatever RGB software your motherboard uses or signalRGB
also just leaving this here if you were to open up your case again :c
