It seems like a solution in search of a problem, backside temperatures don't seem to affect performance so people don't care about ventilating there.
Most of the components in a motherboard are mounted to the front of the motherboard, not the back, and the front gets plenty of active cooling
Everyone knows that but are you sure that heat doesn't spread at the back too?
even if temps spread to behind the motherboard, it wouldn't affect the computer... there's nothing there that will benefit from even a slight drop of temps
And hey, knock yourself out, it just doesn't seem to be worth the effort to me
Cable management is top tier Ignoring the fan
also is that in pull configuration or am i trippin??
Just saying .. I don't hate. I just admire.
btw .. it's -4 to 6c less on the temps compared to when I'm not using it. I find that to be quite promising results already. 🥹
the back fan placed behind a motherboard is usually a niche solution for certain people who either overclock their CPU's and/or trying to reduce heat staying in the VRM's as much as they could. as for other case options there has been one recent case that came out, just slightly expensive though
