Your middle cpu cooler fan should be attached to the right heatsink, one fan per heatsink

Ah yes I shifted it to the left because it was going to cover the ram sticks and someone on the server mentioned I can put it in either side. Plus the temps in getting definitely show that it works out

Middle fan, the one between the two heatsinks. The outside one can be on either side

You have both fans on left heatsink and none on the right
