Yup, 7900XTX, and a 3080. And definitely not a psu that should be doing that.
How/why do you have 2 GPUs? I've only ever seen identical GPUs used for sli, or sometimes dummy GPUs used for more display ports, but never like this. How are you using them/why?
I was trying to get Windows to recognize my home theater as 5.1 surround. In order to do that I needed to use HDMI arc. I couldn't do that with my main gpu as I'm hooked up to an LG c2 and needed the hdmi port for video. So I tried using my old 3080 for it's HDMI port. I was eventually able to get it to work, albeit with audio delay and the ever looming risk that my PSU was not up for the task for both GPU's I decided to remove the 3080
