It's there, you just have to squint .. there's a +2" air cushion above each of them, the back is unobstructed. Underneath is the standard (smaller) gap all bottom intakes have. Air flow behind each upright GPU as well.

Thanks! I made the cases and decided they needed a good home so I designed something that looks tight but still breathes.

One is for the TV there, the other one actually has a long display port / usb cable that leads to a hub at a desk. There's an oled tv on the wall above the one on the stand that acts as a dual monitor for either computer. It's .. a setup.
