Im not sure about the 750W PSU with 4070. It might be ok I dont know.
I would get rid of top side front fan as its mostly stealing air from CPU cooler.
Other than that its last gen components so you cant go any better. Unless you have very high budget and you can go for 4090 and 7800X3D...
