To start with, I would manage the cables a bit better from the TV coming down the wall, then I would get a desk extension (or a bigger desk) and put the PC on that instead of the ground. I would also get a mount and put the monitor on the wall (you dont have to do this, but I think it'd be cool). Other than that nothing much.
