I recently got a 2nd monitor and had it rotated like yours for a couple days. Did not like and ended up repositioning and rotating it horizontally again. Maybe it works better for what you do

Honestly no, I have my screens setup like this and it works pretty well. Ideal for things like discord. My left is a 24' 1080p and my central one is 27' 1440p. Wouldn't have it any other way.
Only problem I'm seeing, is this particular setup doesn't work well for this screen setup. The left monitor being 27' (at least it looks like it) is too close when sitting down. You'd need a bigger desk or a smaller left monitor for it to work ergonomically well. It looks like you really have to turn your head to the left to see it which would be uncomfortable, at least for me. If you want me to show you a picture of mine to show you what I mean let me know otherwise I won't post it here @tired trellis
