I'm not 100% sure, but it appears all your fans still appear to be set as exhaust

I'd flip either the fans on top or on the front to intake

as do the top fans

so the fan hub, the motor part, is on the exhaust side

those fans appear to have strange hubs with only 1 spoke

you want some fans pointing in, and some fans pointing out. Doesn't really matter which ones

USUALLY more in than out is preferred
