the airflow diagram and comma command is the thing we most need to change. There is no "ideal" airflow direction. Yeah, there's no reason not to start with front-to-back and bottom-to-top, but there's good reason to experiment when you have fans on the top and/or bottom. There is absolutely no reason to go with top-to-bottom because heat rises. Natural convection is vastly overwhelmed by directed airflow - natural convection is just not a factor when you have those fans running.
