I just need a processor upgrade for better frametimes in the last of us part 1 at 1440.
Turning the settings down makes it worse lmfao- Definitely the cpu

Its pinned at 100% usage, and while the frames are okay I get pretty bad stuttering

No other game does it, and yes I did let shaders load

On high settings at 1440 I was around 40fps or lower
