you don't seem to be on a super tight budget since you pkan on splurging 190 bucks on fans, but a lot of the parts are just... not good.

I'd go for a 12th gen cpu, stock cooler if you need to save money, a b660 motherboard, not vengeance ram, and an rx 6600. but once again, take it to one of the build advice channels.
