Cool to see a Lanboy still around, especially with an AIO. I never had one, but I still have the heavily related Antec 902 downstairs. As much as I carried that PC around, I should have gotten a Lanboy, lol

Well thumbscrews etc are rather universal but yes, spare parts aren't exactly around
You can salvage thumb screws and drive screws from any variety of old case or even buy hardware packs for cheap in many colors

You know with modern tech I'd just build in a Cooler Master H100 or something for a LAN machine, but it def was the best of that era of PC cases and it's still undeniably cool.
