the 6900xt, mainly. that is a custom gpu price though, and there's no price on the cpu cooler.
One thing to note, any sort of liquid cooler is way overkill for a 5600. It runs fine with the stock cooler, albeit a bit loud
Also, getting a 5600x over a 5600 is almost never worth the price difference. The performance between the two is almost the same.

so yeah, I'd go with Syko's built but with a different cooler (one that's available), that 6900xt, and a cheaper psu.
as for the monitor, ask in #peripherals
and for which cooler and psu, one of the build advice channels.
also, don't get an oem windows key. windows.com is the best place to get windows.
