i see you went for an O11? How’s the cooling? also how much did you have to pay for the fans
@robust grotto also, which aio is that?
thanks
The cooling is wonderful, sits idle at 29c and peaks at 38c in most games
The fans costed me 400$ Canadian
And the aio is the phanteks 240mm
thanks a lot @robust grotto
was contemplating to get an O11 case and i appreciate you filling me in on your experience.
oh i see i see
sucks that uni fans are super expensive
Breakdown of the case, very asthetic, amazing experience to build in like super easy, it tells you where everything is, how to install things and more, is customizable, and has good cooling
is that an O11 mini? or the regular one
oh okay couldn’t tell
The regular ones the same as the mini just bigger by slightly
Basically the only difference between the mini and regular is one fan extra in height
oh i see
Again though super easy and beginner friendly, this was my first build with zero prior experience with computer building
also why’d you mount the aio like that, but not facing the top?
that’s perfect lol i’ve got no experience as well.
hold on lemme get an example
The Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic PC case is a beautiful yet unconventional enclosure. Let's see what happens to GPU and CPU temperatures when we populate 9 fans in various configurations. The results are quite surprising. Enjoy :)

see how the aio is on top
Yes, the reason why is because having it in the top doesn't give it any preformance boost
It cools just as well
And the cutout in the back is a designated aio spot
Meaning the aio is meant to go there
Typically it is in builds with no fans in the back of the case
okay got it
Most have the fans at the front of the case, as this one has them on the bottom instead, it also has back Fan cutouts too
The fans would also stick out from the top more and would look janky
ohhhhhhhhh
i’m visualizing it now
okay that’s understandable
this is too overkill isn’t it https://youtu.be/QCMoD3teOno
This time the PC build process is more detailed, I hope newcomers can learn something😊
