From the photo alone, the unsheathed cables and unpainted exterior gives the impression that it's a very cut-cost unit. That being said though, looks can be deceiving (eg. Dell prebuilts have very minimalist PSUs like this but the internals are decent quality), so I'm asking about the model before getting truly concerned.

i got it from a flea market the guy told me its gonna be fine
jokes aside its an older model "be quiet" psu (dont know which one exactly). It there actually is a label on top that unreadable because the lamp is shining directly on top of it

If it were a high power draw system I would replace the PSU for comfort, but since it looks like a low power draw, panic abated.
