It was project overkill lol. But overpriced? Not at all. The majority of the parts were all much less than they've been in well over a year.
Plus when the 40 series comes out I get full credit for the price of the 3090ti towards trade in and I'll get a 4090. Hence the 1300w psu.
This build is definitely the best deal I've gotten out of my 5 previous builds.
So I'm not quite sure where your logic is coming from π
man thats dope af looks really good
yeah i donβt see why anything would be overpriced right now considering gpus are even under msrp and cpus have stayed nearly the same and having discounts same with boards and ram
amazing build
because itβs price to value
overpriced
someones jelly
so many haters on the interweb people be so miserable
guaranteed we get the same amount of frames with my pc costing almost 2k less
quit being a hater tf does it matter
dont have nothing nice say keep your mouth shut
Imagine talking about price to performance with a 3080 ti
which has the 3rd worst price to performance cost
ππππ
Guaranteed we don't.
My other PC has a 3080 Ti in it. Same EVGA Ftw3 Ultra. It has a better cpu than yours and doesn't get the same FPS as my new build. So one could accurately state the difference would be even greater when comparing your rig. But this isn't am FPS dick measuring contest. I don't really care how many FPS other people get, as long as they're happy with their rigs I'm happy for them. That applies to people who have both more expensive and cheaper rigs than mine. I am very happy with my new build. I worked hard to get it but it also didn't break the bank.
For reference, this is my other PC
Very similar build but with a 3080 ti and a razer edition case
I can closely compare the performance of both. And I have been doing just that today.
If price to performance ratio is what you determine to mean value then my new build was a great one.
But enjoy your own build and don't focus so much on other people's
There's always gonna be somebody with a better rig than yours. Doesn't matter if you paid $10k for it. And there will also always be people who are jealous of your rig. Doesn't matter if you paid $1k for it.
Oh btw I just got done playing Warzone on the new PC. It's the main game I play. I'm getting 30-40 more fps on the highest graphics settings on 1440p with 100 fov than I was getting on my 3080 Ti on the lowest settings. Plus my 3080 Ti would get temps around 64-72 under load and, surprisingly, the 3090 Ti never broke 54. It would just go back and forth from 53 to 54. I expected it to run really hot but it's suuuuper chill! I'm totally impressed and extremely happy with this build!!
i would sacrifice a baby goat for that pc
dont feed into the bs bro some the people here are just bored no lifes trying to steal joy where they can
Bro really bought all that only to play at 1440pπ
Yup. It's great. Been really enjoying it these past couple of days!
I play games where FPS is very important. I have a 240hz 1440p monitor. And, unlike you, my AIO doesn't make buzzing noises when I play Fall Guys ππ
Why not 4k?
cause hurr durr frames
Well mainly bc I don't have a 4k monitor. 2nd to that because I can't see the difference between 1440p and 4k. I'd rather take extra frame rate over less for something I can't see a quality difference in, but it's not frame rate stopping me.
Lol its okay, people who say FPS doesn't matter either don't have quality components enough to have experienced any different or simply don't play at a competitive level. There are so many more benefits to the 3090Ti than simply frame rate, too (though the bump in fps is 1 of 2 thjngs you notice immediately). Cool temperatures are a big one!
Yeah, it's great. I wish my vision was better, though, bc I'd play in 4k lol. But I don't see a difference at all. I can see a difference between 1080p and 1440p. But not 1440p and 4k π
I'm just glad my 1440p monitor is 240hz
1440p is good for fps games and getting a good frame rate
that looks sexy af π₯΅ I also like blue lighting in my rig π₯΅ tho personally i didnt want a fish bowl
Nice rig! The blue gives it good vibes. It seems like blue is just more difficult to get a good picture of. For comparison look at the difference when I added some green into it. Turned out much better, but still not great bc of the blue. When I change to other colors it comes out really clear.
haha yea
What case is that, btw? Looks like one of the Lancools maybe?
its an Coolermaster TD500 Mesh
