im not too crazy about appearance
shits surprisingly simple, major cables have a cable routing hole already
not just appearence that matters, those cables could end up in your fans or lying on a hot surface and getting damaged. not super likely but it can happen.
also: properly managed cables allows for proper airflow which means your PC will work better because the parts are cooler
That's painful to look at but ig you're new, please try to sort it out and follow that video that was posted here
